"Ladies and gentleman, it is my pleasure to introduce this next comedian. He’s sold out countless clubs, theaters, and stadiums across the globe. Platinum comedy Album. Teen Choice Award. Blockbuster films… and now his biggest achievement to date-- A GUEST ON TYSO! Please make sure your cell phones are off and put your Su-Fi's in the air... for DANE COOK!" The comedian, actor, and creator sits down for a cup of luke-warm tea while Rick enquires about him process, and how he’s able to kill at a set even when he’s physically or mentally drained. Dane recollects his origin story, growing up on stage with Dave Chapelle, moving to LA, and early career highlights.  The conversation somehow goes everywhere and nowhere all at once as the hyperactive duo try and stay the course, but inevitably veer off into goblins, pants on fire, and some country singing. They discus why Dane didn’t come on the show earlier due to cancellations… and why rain isn’t always just rain… Dane passes on some insightful advice from his dad, the two discuss Steve Martin’s career, and why Dane has managed to pick himself out of any career rut.  Get tickets to Dane's SPECIAL taping in Boston 10/29 + 10?30 here: https://www.ticketmaster.com/event/01005B07D102458D As per usual, support us by supporting the brands that support us :)  BETTERHELP: Listeners get 10% off their first month at HTTP://BetterHelp.com/TYSO RAYCON: TYSO listeners can get 15% off their Raycon order at http://buyraycon.com/tyso RICK GLASSMAN https://www.rickglassman.com https://www.patreon.com/takeyourshoesoff https://www.instagram.com/rickglassman https://discord.gg/Z2v4HTC DANE COOK https://www.instagram.com/danecook https://www.danecook.com Edited by: Perry Grone & JonMichael Pereira & Rick Glassman Sound Mixing: George Krikes Animation: https://www.instagram.com/tombates.films
