Chancellor John Healey has set out the government's tax and spending plans in his Budget – the first since Andy Burnham became prime minister. Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said the Budget was "not good enough, not strong enough, not bold enough".   For the latest news download the BBC News app or visit BBC.com/news      #UKPolitics #Politics #BudgetDay #PMQs #BBCNews
