After graduating in 2007, he began his career as a real estate analyst in mortgage banking. In 2009, Eric founded Barvin Group, LLC to acquire multifamily communities. He has spent the past 10 years building a company that’s committed to going above and beyond for our team members, residents and partners. Today Barvin owns and develops communities in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Eric is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, Houston Apartment Association and the Urban Land Institute. Eric and his family live in Houston, Texas.
