He walked into daycare after daycare that the state of California says has dozens of children enrolled, and found empty rooms, abandoned playgrounds doubling as junkyards, and in one horrifying case, young kids left completely alone with no adult in sight. Larry O'Connor breaks down every stop on Nick Shirley's California fraud tour, starting with the Madina Learning Center — 39 kids on the books, five on the premises — and ending at a Southern California hospice consulting plaza where the people running the operation drove off in a $200,000 Maybach, a brand-new Cybertruck, and a BMW. One hospice location, Miracle Healing Hospice, billed $1.3 million in 2023. Nick found an empty building with no furniture. Gavin Newsom's press office responded not by addressing the fraud but by attacking Nick Shirley personally, suggesting he was somehow the problem for documenting children abandoned by state-funded programs. The ratio on that post told the whole story — 9,500 comments to 2,000 retweets. Meanwhile, not a single legacy media journalist has picked up a camera to do what Nick is doing on his own. President Trump signed an executive action putting Vice President JD Vance in charge of a new federal fraud task force, with a dedicated U.S. attorney focused exclusively on government program fraud. Stephen Miller laid it out plainly from the Oval Office: the extraction of wealth from American taxpayers through these programs may be the primary driver of the national debt. Trump also called on the DOJ to investigate whether Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's immigration status was obtained through fraudulent documentation. The investigation that started in Minnesota has now gone national — and California is just the beginning. #NickShirley #CaliforniaFraud #DaycareFraud #HospiceFraud #GavinNewsom #LARRY #LarryOConnor #TownhallMedia #TrumpAdmin #JDVance #StephenMiller #IlhanOmar #WelfareReform #GovernmentWaste #MedicaidFraud #DOGE Listen to LARRY with Larry O'Connor wherever you get your podcasts!
