Federal agents raided the home of Rep. Ilhan Omar in an investigation of alleged immigration fraud – including accusations of lying about her birthdate and a sham marriage to her own brother. Now for the first time in US history, a sitting member of Congress could lose both her seat and her citizenship. But Alan Dershowitz doesn't think it will get that far. "I think she will resign," says the attorney and Harvard Law professor emeritus. "I don't think that she's going to want to see congressional investigations."
