We know there are many factors and events in our world that impact investors—some of them are strictly related to financial markets, and others are more social, political, or otherwise controversial in nature. In our Dare to Dialogue sessions, we aim to illuminate these topics by speaking directly to the experts—asking questions in a respectful environment so that we are better prepared to lead for investors. This conversation covered the landscape of pay fairness in the U.S. We discussed what industry trends we're seeing in the gender pay disclosure landscape, what data is out there (and not!), what applicants should look for when trying to identify fairness-focused companies, and what Morningstar is doing to further gender pay fairness.
