"When you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." Carl Daikeler, co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Beachbody, a worldwide leader in health and fitness, is our special guest who speaks to that in this conversation with Lee. People helping people is Beachbody's core purpose and what informs Carl and his team in everything they do. His company's mission to help people achieve their goals and enjoy healthy, fulfilling lives has helped thousands of people completely transform themselves. As an intuitive business leader and someone wired for problem solving, Carl shares with Lee that within a challenge, there is always a solution and why he believes failure doesn't exist. They talk about his background, business during COVID, and what he does to recover and balance as an entrepreneur. A self proclaimed 'efficiency and improvement junkie,' they discuss the rituals he uses to activate more consciousness in his work.
