As Russia looks poised to invade Ukraine, we speak to a friend of ours inside Ukraine. Vytas Buciunas is a developmental coach based in Kiev. In this conversation we discuss the recent history of Ukraine, what a conflict might mean for the region and the world, and whether the developmental map from disciplines like Integral theory can help illustrate what's going on. We have just published a written piece to go alongside this interview, with more background and links, check it out on our Substack: https://rebelwisdom.substack.com/p/a-message-from-a-friend-in-ukraine
