The full mailbag on the two cases that have taken over this inbox: Nolan Wells in Mississippi and Lindsay Clancy in Massachusetts. They have nothing to do with each other. You won't stop writing about either one. Nolan Wells, eighteen, a college wide receiver from Ocean Springs, went to Horn Island on the Fourth of July with friends. The island is uninhabited — about ten miles offshore, no shelter, no fresh water, no service. The boats went home. He wasn't on one. A National Park Service ranger found him in the water two days later. There are now two examinations of him, neither released, and no cause of death. Attorney Ben Crump is investigating independently. The district attorney says it's headed to a grand jury. Lindsay Clancy has pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her three children at their Duxbury home in January 2023. Her defense argues she was misdiagnosed and overmedicated and experiencing postpartum psychosis. Prosecutors have pointed to other mothers who got just as sick and did something different. Eighteen jurors are being seated. Patrick Clancy, who publicly forgave his wife, appears on the defense witness list. She has never given police a statement. Tony takes all of it: why the boat left, what was on that island, what happens if two autopsies disagree, whether a grand jury can charge anyone, whether a sick mother can also be a guilty one, and who in that Plymouth County courtroom is speaking for three children. Both cases. Separately. Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/ Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video?
