👉🏽Have you ever wondered about the parts of yourself you hide—not just from others, but even from you? The parts that feel tucked away, misunderstood or tinged with self-criticism? These hidden aspects, known as our shadows, live deep in your subconscious, quietly influencing your thoughts, actions, and relationships. In this week’s solo cast, I’m diving into one of the most popular topics you’ve asked me to explore: shadow work. This transformative practice isn’t just about uncovering the hidden parts of yourself—it’s about meeting your highest potential. ✨ Here’s what we unpack in this episode: 🌟 What shadow work really is and why it’s not just a buzzword but a transformative practice rooted in Jungian psychology. 🌟 How social media fuels self-obsession through endless scrolling, selfies, and curated profiles—and the surprising ways this impacts our self-perception and relationships. 🌟 The delicate line between self-love and selfishness—what happens when choosing yourself becomes more shadow than light. 🌟 Why duality exists in everything, how light and shadow are two sides of the same coin, and how integrating both brings balance and harmony. 🌟 How shadow work helps you become a more whole, present, and authentic version of yourself. 🌟 Why shadow work is an essential part of the certifications offered by my school, the Highest Self Institute, and how these tools can support you in your spiritual journey. Get comfy and let’s get real in this space of truth, courage, and growth, and do the work that so many turn away from.
