In this 146th in a series of live discussions with Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying (both PhDs in Biology), we discuss the state of the world through an evolutionary lens. This week, we discuss science, art, and the shared values and virtues between them. We often discuss how science and scientific institutions are failing; this week we discuss the failure of artistic institutions, as well as the political ideology of Wikipedia, which is destroying it from the inside. We also discuss how twitter is protecting those who do harm, and punishing those who would stop them. Also: Bret offers an invitation to Robert Wright. ***** Our sponsors: Thesis: personalized nootropics for motivation, creativity, confidence and more.
