This week we have comedian and real estate mogul Dov Davidoff! Dov talks about growing up in a cult, having a gay dad, and having to hustle to make it in comedy. That's right, at a young age Dov moved to India with his mother and brother and lived in a commune. He knew he'd be back in America but the time there he was a skeptical guy and didn't understand this cult leader! He ended up using this type of skeptical thinking later in life and starting investing in real estate. While others are investing in bottle service, Dov was investing in buildings in Soho, NY ! Dov talks about how he got into this life, the worst investment he ever made, and if people should rent or buy. The Warren Buffett of comedy is here to tell you what to do! But also do some personal research and stop flashing your new cars or clothes. Think about what you're leaving behind babe!
