Short-term rental investing is where the big bucks are made. Unlike long-term traditional rental properties, short-term rental hosts can charge higher daily rates, allowing them to lock in far higher revenue. This revenue number grows exponentially the bigger, better, and more unique a property gets. So, a Spanish-style Scottsdale mansion will rent out for a LOT more than a traditional large home. And that’s exactly what we have on this episode of Seeing Greene; a Scottsdale, Arizona mansion bringing in over $300,000 per year! On this special edition of Seeing Greene, David Greene and Rob “Robuilt” Abasolo will give a Deal Deep Dive on their latest partnership property. This massive mansion in sunny Scottsdale was one of the most expensive properties Rob had ever bought, but with the help of David, they’ve been able to turn it into a cash cow, even as headaches pop up. David and Rob walk through the property cost, how they found it, the renovations they made, and how much they expect to bring in this year. They also share guest stories that’ll make you feel sympathy for any vacation rental host, the problem with pool heaters, and what to do when your guest pulls a Glock on your house cleaner. These are the stories most vacation rental hosts won’t tell you, so stick around if you want to hear all the cash-flowing details! ~~~~ Join BiggerPockets for FREE 👇 https://www.biggerpockets.com/signup?utm_source=owned_media ~~~~ Grab Some BiggerPockets Merch: https://bit.ly/biggerpocketsswag ~~~~ Find an Investor-Friendly Agent in Your Area: https://www.biggerpockets.com/agent/match?utm_source=owned_media ~~~~ Hear Our Interview with Direct Booking Expert, Mark Simpson: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/real-estate-680?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none ~~~~ The Ultimate Guide to Short-Term Rental Properties: https://www.biggerpockets.com/guides/the-ultimate-guide-to-short-term-rental-properties?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none ~~~~ Airbnb Horror Stories (& How You Can Prevent Your Own): https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/airbnb-horror-stories-prevent-owncomplete?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none ~~~~ Watch Rob’s Vlog on The Scottsdale Mansion: https://youtu.be/HIYRqQ1b5Ko ~~~~ Learn More About David’s Upcoming Retreats: https://davidgreene24.com/retreat ~~~~ Connect with Rob (Robuilt) on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/Robuilt Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/robuilt/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@robuilto Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/robuiltchannel ~~~~ Connect with David and Rob on BiggerPockets: David: https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/davidgreene24?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none Rob: https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/robuilt?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none ~~~~ Follow David and BiggerPockets on Instagram: @davidgreene24 or https://www.instagram.com/davidgreene24/ @biggerpockets or https://www.instagram.com/biggerpockets/ Episode 727 Show notes at: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/real-estate-727?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none #biggerpockets #realestatepodcast #biggerpockets727
