Blu is joined by Psychedelic Therapist, Lauren Taus to discuss the dynamics of psychedelic therapy. Lauren specializes in Ketamine Therapy and is an advocate for the legalization of 'drugs' to support with the healing of the planet. Blu and Lauren dive deep into the taboo, talking about what psychedelic therapy actually is, the mental health crisis, and the benefits of legalization. Lauren shares her professional opinion and reflections based on her years of expertise in the field, however, as mentioned in the podcast, 'set and setting' are imperative with these experiences and there is no 'one size fits all' for healing. So please approach every topic with a level of discernment and personal responsibility. === === LAUREN TAUS: https://www.inbodiedlife.com https://www.instagram.com/lauren.taus/ RESOURCES: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists https://maps.org/take-action/resources/ https://psychedelic.support BLU: https://www.instagram.com/bluofearth/ https://www.blucosmiceagle.com https://www.florescence.earth BECOME A BLU-BIRD PATREON: https://www.patreon.com/dejablupodcast
