Often times, when you’ve just achieved the BIGGEST milestone of your career, you're riding high on the waves of success, and ready to celebrate this monumental moment. ⭐, amongst all that joy and excitement, you have that ONE thought… “I wish I had a partner to share this with.”. 💔 Trust me, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too. That’s why in this week’s episode of the Highest Self Podcast, I’m going to talk about the realm of self love, personal power, and the REAL reason why us single spiritual women, are driving ourselves mad thinking about what men think about us! You see, for THOUSANDS of years, we've been conditioned to center our lives around men and relationships. 💑 Our biology tells us we need a man to survive, to feel safe and protected. Society paints us as outcasts, witches to be burned at the stak, if we dare to exist outside of marriage. 🔥 It's no wonder we find ourselves constantly wondering, "What will he think of me?" 🤔 In today’s soul-igniting episode, we’ll be exploring: - The deep-seated biological and societal reasons behind our obsessions with men’s opinions (and how to break free!). - The dangers of seeking validation from men and how it can lead us straight into the arms of unhealthy, toxic relationships. - Why embracing our full, unapologetic selves is the KEY to manifesting the love we truly desire (without sacrificing our dreams!). - The vital importance of self-love, personal power, and authenticity in attracting aligned, soul-level partners. - My practical Triple E Method technique for filling emotional voids with positive, nurturing energy. - All the nuances in how men and women are conditioned in relationships (and how it's holding us back from true partnership!). - Why singlehood is a sacred time for deep self-discovery and personal growth (and how to make the most of it!). As women, we’ve been taught that our worth lies lies in being chosen by a man. 💍We've been fed the fairy tale that our lives will only be complete once we find our Prince Charming. But the truth is, we hold the power to choose ourselves, to fill our own cups, and to create a life of purpose, passion and unbridled joy! 🌈 Try your first 30 day trial full access/free at https://dipseastories.com/SAHARA Receive 10% off your first month of therapy with our sponsor Betterhelp at https://www.betterhelp.com/sahara Sign up for the waitlist here - https://iamsahararose.com/heartbreak If you’re feeling the call to embody more ease, flow, creativity and joy from a cellular level - my Free Embodiment Practice is meant for you: https://dharmacoachinginstitute.com/dci/embodiment-practice/ Transform your life and career by moving beyond the mind and into the body with my Embodiment Coaching Certification: https://highestselfinstitute.com/embodiment-coaching Stream my new song Feminine is Rising here https://open.spotify.com/track/6QeUtvZDJk9y4aB6Z1ncRn and tune into my debut album, My Body Is An Altar Album here. https://open.spotify.com/album/0kqB6oJVvarvddkwgrMsfZ To receive a free gift, email a screenshot of your review of the Highest Self Podcast to sahara@iamsahararose.com Stream the Intro + Outro Music: Trust Flow by Sahara Rose ft.
