Comedian Juston McKinney makes his first appearance on ACS, sharing hilarious stories from his time as a rural Maine cop, including commandeering a snowmobile and surviving a dysfunctional childhood—also the subject of his TED Talk. Adam reflects on crashing at Dr. Drew’s pool house while checking on his Malibu condo, and they discuss a California congresswoman’s bizarre fire conspiracy theory. Jason “Mayhem” Miller joins for the news, covering California eco-bureaucrats halting fire safety for an endangered shrub, the LA Times owner regretting a political endorsement, and insights on LA Fire Department understaffing. Plus, updates on the Israel-Hamas ceasefire deal. Later, Brad Meltzer returns to discuss his book The JFK Conspiracy: The Secret Plot to Kill Kennedy. They explore JFK’s WWII heroism, the evolution of America’s threats, and presidential assassins.
