Feeling empowered as an empath and developing our intuition are key themes in this wonderful conversation with our special guest, Wendy De Rosa, the author of Becoming an Empowered Empath and the founder of The School of Intuitive Studies. She has been helping people develop intuition and experience personal transformation for over two decades. Wendy is a popular faculty member at the Shift Network and has filmed two programs for Mindvalley’s spiritual growth channel. In this episode, Lee and Wendy speak to the importance of learning how to own our emotions with boundaries as empaths and ways to orient intuition in our bodies. Wendy shares with Lee that as a result of this time, she is embracing more of her humanity and what inspired her latest book. We learn more about her journey as an intuitive and teacher, and what she is looking forward to experiencing next in her life and work.
