I am strong, I am confident. I can. I will." That is the deep seeded belief for Laura and Scott St. John, mindset and fitness coaches, who believe you can achieve and create whatever you want in your life. Married, co-parents, and working partners, together they bring both the yin and yang and model we are 'stronger together.' Full of vibrant energy and enthusiasm, they inspire others to break old patterns and become unstoppable, with their Strong Confident Living programs. Filmed at the end of 2020, they share with Lee what life has been like for them in their business and as a family. Living by the motto, "How can I make this day better?" Laura and Scott speak to how they surprisingly found calm in the chaos with more passion, purpose and clarity during the pandemic. They offer insights into why exercise isn't just for our bodies, how to move past limiting beliefs and labels, and how they remind people the discomfort is where the magic happens. By showing up real and authentic in their work, with what they call "oops moments," they share their own struggles and successes along the way, which is why you can't help but love the two of them.
