New jail intake paperwork in the Siders family case includes a checked “yes” beside the question asking whether Gary Siders Jr. was under the influence or using. That doesn’t answer every question about toxicology, impairment, or what investigators can prove, but it does add a real records-based detail to a debate people have been having since the case began. Special thanks to Paula at @PLUNDERTrueCrime for her amazing work getting public records in this case!
