What comes to mind when you think of what it takes to be a supportive partner in your relationship? Being in a relationship is beautiful, but you can run the risk of losing yourself if you’re not careful. You have to be mindful to communicate with your partner who you are, what you want, and how you can best be supported. In today’s episode, I am joined by the beautiful badass wife of Dr. Phil, Robin McGraw. They’ve been married over 45 years and she came to debunk any myths you have around what it takes to be a loving and supportive partner, especially when your significant other is larger than life and has a strong personality. She shares why she is so passionate about the importance of taking care of yourself and being okay with putting yourself first in order to show up 100% for your family.
