🔥 Was Stephen Hawking dead wrong about the Big Bang being the beginning of time? In this episode of Professor Brian Keating Explains, we explore the controversial claim that the universe had no “before”—and why quantum physics might prove otherwise. 🧠 Hawking said the universe had no boundary, no “before,” and that time itself was born with the Big Bang. But recent insights from quantum cosmology, string theory, and the multiverse hypothesis suggest something far stranger… In this video, you’ll discover: • 🌀 Why quantum mechanics breaks our classical understanding of time • 🌌 The bizarre implications of a multiverse and pre-Big Bang physics • 🧩 What alternatives to Hawking’s “no-boundary proposal” now dominate the conversation • 🚫 Where Hawking’s logic may have collapsed under its own singularity Whether you’re a Hawking fan, a critic, or just cosmically curious, this breakdown will reframe your understanding of reality—from time and space to what came before it all. 📺 Watch until the end for a twist you won’t see coming. ⸻ Subscribe for more videos about black holes, cosmic origins, and the future of physics: briankeating.com/list #BigBang #Multiverse #QuantumCosmology #StephenHawking #BrianKeating #IntoTheImpossible #PhysicsExplained ➡️ Follow me on your fav platforms: ✖️ Twitter: https://twitter.com/DrBrianKeating 🔔 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/DrBrianKeating?sub_confirmation=1 📝 Join my mailing list: https://briankeating.com/list ✍️ Check out my blog: https://briankeating.com/cosmic-musings/ 🎙️ Follow my podcast: https://briankeating.com/podcast This channel is dedicated to all those who want to explore the universe within and beyond the known.
