Fix and flips have looked a lot alike for the past few years. You see the same countertops, wall colors, appliances, and flooring in almost every new flip. While it makes sense for many high-volume flippers to use the same “cookie cutter” recipe repeatedly, it may not get you the highest price on your house flip. If you want to start a bidding war on your next investment property, you’ll need to think outside the box, like George and Heather Bassett have. George and Heather aren’t your everyday house flippers. To start, they filmed this entire interview from inside a church-turned-luxury house flip. George and Heather want to make each home they flip stand out and feel unique to every prospective buyer who walks through it, and their recipe for success sure seems to be working. On a recent flip, they had over fifty showings in one weekend alone. So, what house-flipping tips do they have that could help YOU sell for more? From unique finishes to thinking of livability first, asking the house what IT wants, and staging the not-so-basic way, George and Heather deliver an absolute masterclass on how to turn your next fix and flip into a show-stopping, bidding-war-starting, beautiful property that could give you tens of thousands more in profit than what the everyday flipper is getting. ~~~~ Join BiggerPockets for FREE 👇 https://www.biggerpockets.com/signup?utm_source=owned_media ~~~~ Expand Your Investing Knowledge With the BiggerPockets Books: https://store.biggerpockets.com/?utm_source=owned_media ~~~~ Find an Investor-Friendly Agent in Your Area: http://biggerpockets.com/agentmatch ~~~~ Find Investor-Friendly Lenders: http://biggerpockets.com/findlenders ~~~~ Hear Dave and Henry on the “On the Market” Podcast: https://link.chtbl.com/OTM ~~~~ The Renovations That’ll Instantly Increase Your Home Value: Part 1: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/real-estate-896?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none Part 2: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/real-estate-899?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none ~~~~ Check Out George and Heather’s Church Flip: https://teambassettct.com/f/current-project-hanover-church-circa-1920 ~~~~ Connect with George and Heather: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/teambassettct Website: https://teambassettct.com/ ~~~~ Connect with Dave: BiggerPockets: https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/davem27?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none Instagram: @thedatadeli or https://www.instagram.com/thedatadeli/ ~~~~ Connect with Henry: BiggerPockets: https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/henryw22?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=none Henry: @thehenrywashington or https://www.instagram.com/thehenrywashington/ Show notes at: https://link.chtbl.com/BPRE
