The college football committee's ranking process still unfairly biases teams based on their preseason rankings.

A 10-2 Notre Dame team deserves to be ranked lower than a 9-3 SEC team that lost to three top-tier opponents.

“Right now, a 10 and 2 Notre Dame versus certain 9 and 3 SECs is a legitimate playoff debate come December. All of the 9 and 3 SEC teams will get the nod over a 9 and 3 Notre Dame cuz they will have lost their only two high-level games and lost their third one.”
