The MKUltra program was largely unsuccessful at developing reliable methods of mind control.

“It didn't really come to much MK Ultra. Not like we found a drug or a psychiatric technique that allowed us to control a person like a marionette.”

The CIA used the MKUltra program to conduct abusive experiments on children for the purpose of creating externally controlled personalities.

“I was one of the first of the bloodline kids who was sold into this program. And, uh, I was in it for 11 years. It involved physical abuse, sexual abuse, mental abuse, satanic rituals, and an entire program of of building a structure in your mind that could be externally controlled.”

Kurt Metzger believes that MKUltra technology evolved into modern behavioral modification used by the government and corporations.

“This is proprietary tech for corporations and governments now.”

She believes MKUltra operated as a dual-purpose project that combined defensive research with the development of offensive non-lethal incapacitating agents.

The CIA bears responsibility for the death of Frank Olson due to their involvement in drugging him and their subsequent handling of his mental state.

“they contributed to his death, which is tragic. But also, government's going to government, bro. Secret Intelligence Operations going to going to be doing some shady stuff. And unfortunately, if you're too close to it, then you can get caught up.”

It is illogical for a bacteriologist to have been subjected to the MKUltra program rather than simply documenting its results.

“I don't get how a bacteriologist ends up in this MK Ultra program. It's like you're the guy supposed to be documenting the results of a study like this, not taking the LSD.”

Shane Cashman argues that the mind control techniques originally developed in MKUltra never went underground but have become mainstream through weaponized algorithms.

“I believe over years, it never went underground. It just became mainstream and people don't realize, you know, all of us are susceptible to the mind control via the algorithm which has been weaponized against us and we know that.”
