Twitch is acting incompetently and possibly fraudulently by continuing to charge users for subscriptions to banned channels.

“I think it's absolute joke that you would collect a monthly fee from a suspended channel, a user said in November 22. It's not just banned streamers continue to be paid either, but also some streamers who deleted their own accounts.”

Twitch's failure to cancel subscriptions for banned or deleted accounts may constitute negligence or deceptive trade practices.

“I don't think that would fly. I think this is some this is something anywhere between negligence on the low end and affirmative fraud on the other end of the spectrum.”
