Leadership should define a clear future vision and ensure that all organizational efforts and goals align with it.

“I think the magic is when you can bring those two things together and so you can have your mission you can have your mission pillars that actually are helping to achieve that”

She believes leadership is defined by the ability to communicate a clear vision and organize people to move in the same direction, regardless of the setting.

“It's really just about learning how you work and how you lead with like a vision, right? And so, for me, even at college, it probably started with choreographing 40-person dance shows, right? When how do you organize people like that and think about communicating, right?”
