The police department mentality focuses on punishing officers for minor infractions, which forces officers to operate in a protective environment against their own department.

“the job quote unquote the job the department is finding ways to injure you in your position as a police officer okay how so constantly so I'll give you an example in the police academy they give you two star cards what's a star card I don't know what a star CAU is but it's something that you have to”
