The current legalization model favors large corporations, whereas a better approach would support a market of many small, micro-brewery-style businesses to spread wealth and improve product quality.

Tim Pool is not a fan of marijuana legalization because he believes it contributes to a lethargic population and a decaying culture.

“I'm not the biggest fan of marijuana legalization, although I don't think it should be schedule one. I think that if we enable mass marijuana across the country, I think you're going to get a lethargic population, you've already got a decaying culture.”

“I'm generally considered one of the resident prudes here at Timcast. So I have a disposition against marijuana generally, but I actually do sympathize with the argument being made by the Trump administration.”

“I don't think they went far enough because they're saying that, well, we're not saying there should be a ban. U, I think there should be a ban, but they at least admit that they got some things wrong.”

Legal action against a neighbor for smoking marijuana inside their own home is a positive development.

“a lady is suing her neighbor for smoking pot in his own house. And she's winning. And I love that.”

The speaker supports marijuana legalization while acknowledging the need for societal responsibility and regulation.

“As a Christian, like I might surprise a lot of people out here. I would vote yes as well. Now, I I would want some regulations in there. I would want to make sure that we have a society that says, because though I am pro-legalization, I am anti-pot.”
