“No, just take a line in the sand and say if you use the N word against black people, you are being racist if you're white. You know you're being racist. you shouldn't do it and you should face consequences when you do it.”

He argues that society should focus on actions rather than words and that context is essential when evaluating the use of offensive language.

“I think I'd like a society where we are hard on actions and forgiving on words and certainly in the context of adulthood able to understand it.”

He maintains that certain words, specifically the N-word when used by white people, are widely and appropriately accepted as unacceptable.

“I also think there are certain things and words and phrases um which have been accepted by society for quite some time now to be completely unacceptable and one of them is the n-word particularly when it's used against black people by white people”
