Miami basketball's recent win was an impressive, well-timed victory that shows the team's physicality and potential to make the tournament.

“In less than a year, Jay Lucas has a team that is bigger, stronger, more physical than North Carolina, which is a very good team. I'm not saying better, but last night they were. In a couple of months, he just built a roster out of thin air that is getting a signature victory.”

The recent performance by the Miami basketball team was a refreshing and competitive showing that contrasted sharply with the team's poor performance in the previous two seasons.

“The last two seasons of Miami basketball have honestly been disrespectful to what the team that made it to the Final Four uh did it. It was last year in particular was one of the worst power conference seasons of basketball I have ever witnessed in my life. I was at those games.”
