She believes it is essential for sellers to disclose if a murder or crime took place in a house.

“i think if somebody was killed in the house you have to say something if it was a crime scene you have to say something”

He would not purchase a property if he knew a murder or suicide had occurred in it.

“I'm not looking for houses with detached garages I need the garage attached to the house cuz that's where I put the gym I don't pull my car into the garage I put my gym equipment in the garage and I leave the car outside the garage”
