Starting the NFL season by honoring historical legends is a tradition that should be valued.

“I do like that every year our season starts by honoring the greats of the past. And that is what Hall of Fame is about.”

Bill Belichick is unequivocally a first-ballot Hall of Famer given his immense body of work.

“It's not kind of slighted. No question, no-brainer. First valid Hall of Famer Bill Bichc is when you look at the the body of work this guy has produced.”

The decision to exclude Bill Belichick from the first ballot of the Hall of Fame is shameful, unprofessional, and embarrassing for the NFL.

“I I think the the the immaturity, the pettiness, the unprofessionalism shown by those who voted is shameful. It's embarrassing for the NFL.”

The current process for Pro Football Hall of Fame selection is flawed and lacks clear, objective criteria.

“It's less about Bill Bich, but more about those guys that are selecting and the actual process. They don't have a real state of criteria to push these guys through. That's the big problem.”

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is difficult to enter because the voting electorate is too small.

“Pro Football Hall of Fame, it's 50 people who vote. >> I know. >> So, one vote is 2% of the electorate, right? >> That is crazy.”

It was ridiculous that Bill Belichick was not inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the first ballot.

“But I do think it was ridiculous that he didn't get into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the first ballot.”
