The education system, specifically faculties of education, are deeply corrupt and have allowed ideological propaganda to permeate K-12 learning.

“Universities are meant to build critical thinkers, people who can look at a topic from many different points of view and then come to a conclusion instead of only being taught one way because all the other ways are offensive or all the other ways are, you know, put a label on it.”

“certainly I think we're seeing the the consequences of Decades of just the these major elite institutions in America just abdicating the value of free speech completely throwing it to the way side and then allowing radicalism and and some really frightening liberal Tendencies to fester in its place”

Modern academia is surprisingly closed to open debate on certain scientific topics, which is detrimental to the pursuit of empirical knowledge.

“i'm puzzled by the current um culture of academia i don't know where that came from because i was always interested in science because you can explore anything and as long as it's empirical and there's issues like religious issues that you know you really can't tackle empirically”

The current system of peer review hinders science by incentivizing researchers to conform and prioritize legible outcomes over exploration.

“and so that I think is the really damaging part of the system that it uh it corrupts the thoughts that you can have in the first place because Downstream eventually these thoughts have to be put in such a way that some Anonymous strangers will say yes transmit these thoughts to other people”
