Trisha believes that true crime content should not be used as a form of therapy.

“If it's your therapy, I think you might need help, you know? Like if this is what's making you calm down and not be crazy.”

Oscar argues that journalists are more accountable for their true crime coverage than YouTubers.

“I feel like at least the the journalist channels like they still go follow the same processes as like a traditional news versus like YouTubers I feel like some depending on the YouTuber obviously but like they don't have as many um people that are like accountable for the content”

A podcast should not turn down controversial guests but should instead ask them questions and trust the audience to form their own opinions.

“if we ever get the opportunity to have a controversial guest on, we're never going to turn it down because in my opinion, what we want to do with the Full Podcast on is we're not afraid to have controversial people on. We're gonna ask them questions.”

One should not host an interview with a controversial figure if they are not sufficiently knowledgeable or equipped to challenge the guest's claims.

“the basic claim that you shouldn't interview people if you don't have the chops to push back is correct.”

He believes discussing a serious, private issue like an abortion is acceptable because it is a reality of life that listeners can relate to.

“there are many funny conversations to be had from the reality of wanting an abortion and having that conversation with your significant other there is true true there is that whole bit about pulling up early”

Creators should be free to discuss any topic they choose on their own podcast without needing to fulfill a public service role.

“do you think we're up here just doing this as a community service I mean seriously it's just there's this micromanaging approach to where people now that we have a Dee of Separation where we communicate with one another it's not face to face”

It is harmful and unprofessional for a content creator to act in an unhinged manner when they are also a parent.

“When you a parent, you can't be bringing that type of energy around your kids, bro. I'm not going to be up here yelling, acting ass, and my baby is in this [ __ ] I'm not doing that, bro.”
