The Democratic Party leadership needs to stop being patronizing and start holding their own politicians accountable.

“The Democratic Party tries to treat us the way MAGA treats their base which is condescension in a patronizing way. These are what we think. This is how we're going to win. We have to move to the center and you guys need to go along.”

Force the Vote was a necessary tactic to pressure the Democratic Party to hold a vote on Medicare for All, and Chomsky's opposition to it signaled his alignment with establishment politics.

“So, we started at this show a thing called force to vote. It became a big movement and they didn't do it. And then two years later when the Republicans took over, they did it.”

Democratic Party leaders should be held accountable for election losses instead of continuing to fail upwards and profit from their failures.

Politicians and NGOs are exploiting government programs and crises, such as homelessness, to enrich themselves at the expense of the public.

“each person each NGO is actually incentivized to keep the homeless going because it makes them more money. They're able to buy more properties with that money. They're able to build up their assets and they're able to get rich while homeless continues to run like rampant.”

Todd Hollis claims that the media, social media companies, and political institutions must be held accountable to something beyond profit to ensure the system functions.
