“Over the last few years, though, they have become a dynasty through and through. Two Stanley Cup championships, three straight finals in a team that is locked and loaded to represent hockey, how hockey is supposed to be played every single night that they step onto the ice.”

The success of the Florida Panthers is more important to him than international competition like the Olympics.

“I think we've already established that the Panthers winning the Panthers just winning period. Winning anything is infinitely more important to me than winning the gold.”

He prioritizes the success and playoff performance of the Florida Panthers over the achievement of Team USA.

“I'D LIKE THEM TO MAKE THE PLAYOFFS and win a playoff round is more important to me than the US of A.”

He thinks the Carolina Hurricanes manipulated the current NHL postseason format to appear more competitive than they actually are.

“I think Carolina has uh manipulated this postseason format to think that they're a lot closer than they actually were.”
