He argues that in litigation, the concealment of documents justifies an adverse inference that the withheld information is damaging.

“what would normally happen in a court is that the judge would instruct the jury as a result of the concealment of these documents, you can make an adverse inference. So, the judge will say, you can assume that all of the worst possible things that you think that they're doing with those documents”

He believes the full release of the Epstein files is necessary to provide the context currently missing from the partial email releases.

“There is no doubt in my mind as Ben said that the number of emails and documents and photos and so on that exist in the Epstein files, you know, the ones that are being held onto by Pam Bondi, the FBI with, you know, with um an iron grip will give context to what these emails were really about.”
