She contends that the United States must control the entire Arctic region to prevent Russia and China from dominating shipping routes and militarizing the area.

“I think we're going to get more than Greenland. So just having Greenland is not enough. We need the entirety of the Arctic Circle.”

She believes it is essential for the United States to secure Greenland and the Arctic to protect national interests and counter Russian and Chinese influence.

“I think Greenland is on its way to becoming a US territory and again the rest of the world, you know, whatever whatever the case. But if we are going to protect not just America, United States, continental states, but this hemisphere, then we have a place. And I guess I'm going to say maybe an oblig”
