The NBA All-Star Weekend has become a poorly managed event that requires financial incentives to improve player effort.

The NBA All-Star Weekend main event nearly faced cancellation because players lacked effort in the game.

The NBA should divide All-Star teams by age, specifically pitting players under 28 against players over 28.

“I think they got it right with the little part of the younger the younger team playing one of the older teams but I think that that should be the all stars you should have all stars under 28 and then all stars over 28 and have them play each other”

The NBA All-Star weekend improved because the players exerted more effort during the games.

“It seems to be a group consensus. Everyone's applauding and all it took was the players trying.”

The slam dunk contest is bad for the league because it lacks stars and household names.

“The dunk contest used to be the guys you wanted. The winners have included Julius Irving, Dominique Wilkins, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and now you have Kashan Kashad Johnson who's 14th on the list in minutes played for the Miami Heat. He's a bit player for the Heat who just won the slam dunk. It'”
