Kendall Rae believes the justice system is inadequate in dealing with digital crimes and that the offender should have faced more severe charges.

“I think that prosecutors and law enforcement just haven't caught up that they don't understand the extent of a crime like this because it was done through a phone. We see many examples where the justice system just isn't caught up to the times and to technology.”
