Miro views AEW as superior to his former workplace because the company allows wrestlers to perform with their own styles rather than forcing them into a single, restrictive formula.

“it's the different styles it's what aw gives you that no other company can because we have no restrictions you come in he shows your style and that's what you do we're not gonna say hey buddy you're great come and now do this formula because there's only one formula”

She enjoys the collaborative nature of working on backstage promos in AEW because it allows for more creative input compared to being handed a script.

“it's fun being able to hop on the set and go what are we saying what are we doing what do we need to try to accomplish here how do we do that what are like just trying to like connect the dots to make the most sense of those promos it's a it's a fun challenge”

She appreciates the freedom and support she receives at AEW, which allows her to manage her own brand and activities more independently than in her previous work environments.

“with aw and Tony they were just like you can go do whatever you want as long as you come to work we'll be happy”

Nigel McGuinness claims that AEW allows him more freedom in his commentary work than he experienced elsewhere.

“So, we've got much more freedom in AEW to just take the govern off and and see what happens.”

He appreciates that Tony Khan allows AEW wrestlers to take independent bookings to expand their horizons.

“there's a lot of people who are taking indie bookings beautiful tony for letting us have the opportunity to do that and to expand our horizons while still being able to work at aw so it's great shout out to tony for that”

Bobby Lashley expresses an intention to win a world championship in AEW to complete his professional trifecta.

“I want to win title in AEW so I can have the trifecta and do some things that that nobody's done before.”

Shelton Benjamin believes that his goal of becoming a world champion in a major company remains achievable while he is in AEW.

“While I definitely want to help elevate other talent because that's a big part of why we're here. I still have goals. Being a world champion in a prominent company is definitely on top of that list.”

Swerve Strickland expresses a firm desire to become the first Black AEW World Champion.

“if I had an opportunity as a hangman dud I would be the first black G world champion”

Brian Cage aspires to win the AEW World Championship.

“Is the AEW world title something you want? >> Of course.”
