He initially worked in finance for four years after college before deciding to pursue comedy full-time, a career shift his parents supported.

“I went to St John's University a major in finance whoa big time and then I got out of school and I worked at credential Securities for about four years as yeah hot I was a business systems analyst so cross my legs yeah um yeah and you know I just knew I didn't want to do that”

He did not intentionally pursue a career as a famous music producer but started by making music for fun on a karaoke machine.

“I ain't never I this was never my dream. I was doing this cuz I had fun doing it”

He believes he had the necessary technical background and passion for podcasts to successfully launch one with his co-hosts during the pandemic.

“but I knew all the technical background of how to start it I also grew up listening to podcast so when he brought up that he's like we should do this it wasn't like a completely foreign concept me”
