Channing Crowder argues that head coaches in the NFL must remain consistent and stand by their strategic decisions.

“You got to be black and white with these guys, no gray areas. You say something, stand by it. But if you if if in your heart you believe, I truly believe we should have gone for it, stand by that, but you can't be you can't straddle.”

AJ Terrell states that Arthur Smith holds everyone on the Atlanta Falcons to the same high standard regardless of their status.

“He know he been down to earth since day one. You know, we got a uh he he holds all of us to a standard. Like from um from the start when he first came in, um he holds everybody, no matter if you me, Grady, Marcus Mariota, or the the undrafted guy, everybody held to the same standard.”
