The federal vaccine mandates were a massive overreach that lacked sufficient data to justify their implementation.

“And so for me as a journalist at that point that was a step way too far and it didn't make sense for me it didn't make sense for my brother at that point to you know get the vaccine”

George Janko defends the rights of individuals who have concerns about vaccinations and opposes the pressure and bullying they face for their decisions.

Gina Carano asserts that vaccine mandates were part of a corrupt agenda that negatively impacted society and the middle class.

“it was a the largest most fraudulent wealth transfer and you know basic I think history is that they've are destroying through their mandates um the middle class and also the people that will do as they say and be a part of our group or not and you know they're trying to make that divide and um did ”

Jim Breuer maintains that individuals should have bodily autonomy and objects to being forced to show vaccine status to perform his work.

“When I made that video and I said, I'm not performing any venues that force the vax card. And that that came from fans. There were already gigs booked. Right. And then the venue said, no, you got to show me your card.”

A federal vaccine mandate is a necessary, temporary measure because of the risk of deadlier variants.

“i think the mandate in this very specific narrow instance makes sense and i think what we should be fighting about is how we actually write it so that it's not wholly expensive and the reason is because we know that there is a probabilistic distribution of outcomes where a non-trivial percentage of ”

Destiny argues that vaccine mandates are a form of protecting collective autonomy rather than a violation of individual bodily autonomy, similar to rules against public urination.

“vaccine mandates are not an issue of one person's bodily autonomy it's the protection of everybody's autonomy if we're swimming in a pool together and the rule is don't piss in the pool you're it's not about violating your right to pee in the pool if you want to it's about protecting me from your ur”

Gavin Newsom asserts that vaccines are effective at reducing the severity of COVID-19 symptoms and preventing hospitalizations.

“I think it prevented the acuity of the symptoms and disease and kept people out of the emergency rooms and I think that's universally accepted at least by 90% of objective experts.”
