Closing arguments began today in the trial of David Prevatte, charged in the 2017 death of his five-year-old niece Paitin Fields. Let’s explore the prosecution and defense closing statements. Why does the prosecution put on gloves to show evidence and the defense doesn’t? Is there a silent statement being made. In this trial, I see two paths to first-degree murder the state laid out, how they defended Savannah's testimony, and the evidence they say points to David and no one else. Don’t miss the defense closing and the compelling points they make, even though the prosecution and the judge had to correct the defense multiple times. #DavidPrevatte #PaitinFields #JusticeForPaitin #PenderCounty #NorthCarolina #TrueCrime #ProfilingEvil #ClosingArguments #FirstDegreeMurder #TrialUpdate #Courtroom #ChildVictims ======================================== Website: www.ProfilingEvil.com ======================================== Email your questions to: ProfilingEvil@gmail.com ======================================== 💳 DONATE: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=T54JX76RZ455S 💵 PayPal: https://paypal.me/profilingevil 🕵️BECOME A MEMBER: https://www.youtube.com/profilingevil/join 🛒SHOP MERCH: https://www.profilingevil.com/profilingevilshop 📖SHOP BOOKS: https://www.profilingevil.com/store
