Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, Emmy Award-winning journalist Joel Waldman shares the story of what he witnessed as the 9/11 attacks unfolded before his eyes. On his way to work, Joel happened to have a Kodak disposable camera with him and began taking photographs—capturing haunting, deeply personal images as the world changed forever. In this special 9/11 remembrance, Joel revisits those photographs and the memories behind them, reflecting on what he saw, what he felt, and what has stayed with him 25 years later. We remember the 9/11 victims, their loved ones, the first responders who saved thousands of people and the first responders who sacrificed everything... and a day none of us will ever forget.
