USA v Matthew Farwell Former Stoughton Police Officer Matthew Farwell has been federally indicted in the 2/1/21 death of 23 year old Sandra Birchmore ( and later, her unborn child), whose death was ruled a su1cide by MSP until a Federal Investigation revealed otherwise. It is alleged that Farwell met Birchmore when she was 12 as part of a "Young Explorers" program for children run by the police department.
