Brian Harpole, the head of Charlie Kirk's security team, is suing Candace Owens for defamation despite the fact that the man he was paid to protect was assassinated on his watch—an incident Jimmy calls "the biggest failure in security history.” Candace Owens points out that the lawsuit gives her the power of discovery and subpoena, allowing her to demand deposition testimony from Harpole, Erica Kirk, and others, as well as access to never-before-seen camera footage and text messages. Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss how Harpole's own attorney, Zachary Stoner of Dhillon Law Group, works for a firm founded by Harmeet Dhillon—currently serving as Trump's assistant attorney general for civil rights—and that the same firm previously represented The Daily Wire in its two-year arbitration battle against Owens and also employs Ben Shapiro's brother-in-law, Jacob Roth. The segment exposes multiple contradictions in Harpole's statements, including his claim that drones weren't allowed (contradicted by Frank Turk, who said Charlie Kirk had drone footage of the crowd on his phone) and his lie about taking Charlie to the closest hospital when maps show they drove past another hospital.
