Five jurors from the Lindsay Clancy trial have now spoken publicly, and the picture of what happened during 38 hours of deliberation keeps getting stranger. Nick Dargie, a 25-year-old military veteran and one of three men on the jury, says the lone holdout took the exercise band out of the evidence bag, tied it around a water bottle and pulled - demonstrating the killings in the deliberation room. He also says the holdout scrolled his phone while jurors asked him to point to a single piece of evidence supporting his vote, and that he never could. The forewoman says the holdout admitted he had reasonable doubt, and that she had already begun signing the verdict forms when he said he still would not vote not guilty by reason of insanity. A fourth juror pushes back and defends him, saying there were big personalities on both sides of that room.
