“So, he should get the minimum sentence, which is two years, and they could screw him over and run him bow-legged and do them consecutively. There's no reason for them to do that. Um, I expect at one o'clock the judge is going to give him bail. I don't know why they wouldn't. I mean, there's very few”

“There are public defenders who are very experienced, very knowledgeable and very successful. And you have some private lawyers who are not known to try cases. They get a reputation like Shapiro and OJ. He was not known to try cases. He was a dealmaker.”

“this case from my view from a prosecution standpoint is a reminder to every prosecutor out there and every voter who elects prosecutors the the talent and the experience of the lawyers that are representing the people really matters”
